1. Shipping Locations
We ship both domestically within Singapore and Malaysia as well as to most countries worldwide. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@bungkus.co for assistance.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method. We offer the following options:
Malaysia and Singapore:
- Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
International:
- Economy International: 4-14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier's website.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
6. Delivery Issues
Wrong Address: Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delayed or Lost Packages: If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@bungkus.co and we’ll help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
